Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising pixels or trackers. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to. Fonts are served from our own website, not from third-party font services.
What our hosts record
Like every website, our hosting provider (Render) automatically records basic request logs, such as IP address, browser type and the page requested. It uses them for security and reliability and keeps them for a short period under its own policy. We don't use these logs to identify or profile visitors.
Campaign tags
If you arrive from a link with a campaign tag (for example ?utm_source=instagram) and then reserve a kit, we store that tag with your reservation. It tells us which channel works. It is not linked to any other data about you.
Where submissions go
The public website can only add a row to these tables; it cannot read them back. Only the founders can view submissions.
- Waitlist and tester applications: Supabase database, Singapore region.
- Kit reservations: the same database, in a separate table.
- Emails you send us: Hostinger email.
How deletion works
- Email hello@monolauria.com from the address you used, with "Delete my data" in the subject.
- We confirm within 7 days and delete your rows from every table within 30 days.
- Deleted rows drop out of our automatic backups within 7 days after that.
- We send you a short confirmation when it's done.
